Our Story

Tucked beneath the warm hues of the Pyramids at Wafi City, Seville’s brings the convivial spirit of southern Spain to Dubai. Inspired by Andalusian dining culture where small plates, shared moments and slow conversations are the heart of every meal. Seville’s opened its doors to celebrate tapas, vibrant flavours and the joy of eating together.

Our kitchen honours classic Spanish techniques and regional ingredients: blistered peppers, house-made chorizo, citrus-bright seafood and saffron-kissed rice. In our sunlit garden we sometimes drift into fiesta mode cooking paella live over open burners and inviting guests to gather round the pan. Whether it’s an intimate evening of flamenco-tinged music, a long tapas crawl with friends, or a weekend paella for the family, Seville’s is where the warmth of Andalusia meets Dubai hospitality.

Sevilles Restaurant is the perfect spot for Spanish food. This cozy gem serves a wide variety of dishes in a classy, rustic wood interior with warm, inviting seating, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family! I tried their Marinated Garlic Chicken Wings, Fried Potato Cubes, Lemon-Marinated Crunchy Shrimps, Grilled Chicken Skewers & their Chicken Paella with Saffron. Every dish was so flavorful & beautifully presented. For drinks, I sipped on the refreshing Berry Berry Mocktail & Passion Fruit Mojito, the perfect pairings to a Spanish feast. A must-visit for anyone who loves Spanish cuisine & charming vibes!

Had a fantastic experience at Seville’s! The black paella was absolutely delicious, and the wine selection complemented it perfectly. The ambience was warm and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. I also appreciated the pleasant midday weather, which made dining even more enjoyable. Huge kudos to the Kabayan staff (shoutout to Michael) for their amazing customer service—friendly, attentive, and truly made the experience memorable. Will definitely be back!

Had a really good experience at Seville’s Restaurant in Wafi. The vibe is super cozy—perfect for a laid-back weekend lunch or dinner with friends or family. We started with the calamari and gambas, and wow—they were spot on! Fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of kick. For mains, we had the Seafood Paella, It was delicious and packed with flavor, what made the experience even better was the staff. Super friendly, attentive, and clearly know what they’re doing. They really made us feel taken care of without being overbearing. Overall, if you’re craving Spanish food with great service and a nice chill ambiance, Seville is definitely worth checking out.
